2018 Inaugural Flag Retirement Ceremony at the HCSO Memorial Garden

Members of the HCSO Honor Guard joined with Katrina Arnim, Executive Director of the HCSO Foundation to retire the inaugural United States and Texas Flags that were raised for the dedication and ribbon cutting ceremony and survived the devastation of Hurricane Harvey.
