Ballistic Windshields Donated by HCSO Foundation

Representatives of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Foundation joined with Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, members of the HCSO command staff, teammates, and Dana Safety Supply to announce the donation of ballistic glass windshields. This donation by the HCSO Foundation provides funding support for the HCSO to initiate a pilot program that equips selected patrol vehicles with an increased level of cutting edge protective equipment for the deputies of HCSO as they fulfill their responsibilities as law enforcement officers.
