2021 “Tribute Towers” Engraving Ceremony
March 25, 2021
The HCSO Foundation joined this morning with Sheriff Ed Gonzalez, representatives of Harris County Constable Precinct 5, members of their command staff, deputies, surviving family and community members to engrave the “Tribute Towers” honoring the “End of Watch” of our deputies who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.

The following fallen deputies’ names were added to the Tribute Towers:
HCSO Patrol Sergeant Raymond J. Scholwinski
HCSO Deputy Juan Menchaca Jr.
HCSO Cadet Cornelius B. Anderson
HCSO Deputy Johnny R. Tunches
HCSO Detention Officer Robert Perez
Harris County Constable Precinct 5 Deputy Mark C. Brown
The Fallen Peace Officers Memorial Garden was dedicated in 2017 by the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Foundation to honor the dedication and sacrifice of the fallen Peace Officers of Harris County.
We are grateful for their lives of service on behalf of our community, and we continue to honor their dedication as professional law enforcement professionals. They will never be forgotten. Thank you to all who joined with us today.
